1. Click on Start, then go to Control Panel. Then, click on Network and Sharing Center.
   
   
   
   
   
   
2. Click on Set Up a Connection or Network along the left panel. A window will pop up.
   
   
   
   
   
3. Select set up a dial up connection and then click Next.
   
   
   
   
4. Type the dial-up number that corresponds to your area in the telephone number field.
   (The dial-up numbers and the corresponding cities are listed below.)

   384-5060 (v.90) or 384-7221 (v.92) 668-8102 454-2100 395-7961 569-0498 213-6900

   Anyone who can dial a (384) number for local access, and has a V.92 modem needs to dial 384-7221.
   (Only if you have a modem that support the V.92 feature.)
